sinh

\sinh, or hyperbolic sine, is defined like this:

\sinh x=\frac{e^x-e^{-x}}2

It’s pronounced ‘shine’ or ‘cinch’.

Finding from \tanh

Using the definition for \tanh:

\tanh=\frac{\sinh}{\cosh}

…we can deduce that:

\sinh=\cosh\cdot\tanh
